Manufacturing details of the Marlin Model 336SC

- The first issue SC was similar to the 336A, except that it had a 20" barrel.
- Available from: 1949 to 1963 (SC Sporting Carbine), 1954 to 1962 (SD Deluxe Sporting Carbine)
- Cartridges: .30-30, .32 Spl, .35 Remington and the .219 Zipper (1955-1960)
- Notes: The SD Model was the deluxe version sporting a 2/3 tubular magazine, same as the SC versions and a pistol grip stock with deluxe wood.
