Manufacturing details of the Marlin Model 336C (now named the 336 Classic)

- This model carries American Walnut stock & forearm furniture with a 20.25" barrel
- Available from: 1949 to 1983; Re-Introduced by Ruger in January 2023 at SHOT Show
- Cartridges: .30-30, .32 Spl, & .35 Remington added in 1953
- Notes: The Model 336 is a direct development of the Marlin Model 1893 rifle which was produced from 1893 to 1936.
The .32 Spl. was dropped from the 336 line in 1964. This current version released in January 2023 will be available in 30-30 Winchester initially a promise of the .35 Remington to come soon.
