- Cartridges: .450 Marlin
- Notes: The first .450 rifle to sport a 24" barrel and made in stainless steel. Production of the 1895MLXR, 450 Marlin ceased just prior to Remington closing down the North Haven factory. Remington never restarted the MXLR line of the 450 after the move to Ilion, NY.
